All members and families are warmly invited to out 2018/19 Awards, and Summer BBQ. We’re holding it at MKRUFC again, after a great event last year.
The event starts at 12.00 and finishes around 17.00 and the BBQ chef will be cooking from approx 14.00
The cost per person will be as follows…
Adults and children aged 13 and above will be £10
Children aged 5 to 12 (inclusive) will be £5
Children aged 0 to 4 (inclusive) are free of charge.
As I have to give numbers attending to the venue entry will strictly be to those that have paid in advance.
The deadline for confirmation is the 21st July (sorry its such a short window, but Kim at the rugby club is going on holiday).
The menu is as follows……6 Oz burger, Cumberland sausage, flavoured chicken breast, rolls, coleslaw, salad, tomato sauce, mustard, cheese slices and onions.
There is also a vegetarian option so if you require this then please let me know on Social@mklr.club
There will be nibbles on arrival and a selection of cakes for dessert, the entire Costco trifle is MINE! lol
There are two ways to pay for the BBQ.
To pay by PayPal please log on to the Club website and select the Social Events tab and select Summer BBQ and Awards and follow the instructions posted (no PayPal Account needed).
To ensure the payment is allocated to the correct member, please include the FULL NAME of the member this payment is for in the delivery address.

For those using internet banking to make the Treasurer’s life easier can you please pay adult’s and children’s payments separately.
For adults and children 13 and above use your NAME and BBQ as the reference and for children aged 5-12 use your NAME and KIDS BBQ as the reference.
Would anybody that cannot change their reference from when they paid their subs please set up a new payment.
