*** Saturday Run***
Please join us for this weeks Saturday run, It is 10miles with a 6 mile ish drop off starting at 8am Caldecotte Lake car park MK7 8HP. This run is open to all members and as always run backs will expected. Please let me know if you are going to be there
***Super Sunday Social – 10:00 Sunday 20th January***
EVERYONE WELCOME!!!
This week the Super Sunday Social will be a run of around 7+ miles led by Dave Lewis. The actual route is 7.3 miles with run backs in full effect for the more energetic runners. There are TWO opportunities to drop-off at 3.3 miles AND ~5 miles. You will need to finish the run under your own steam though (very easy to return to the start point).
This run will includes light trail – fields etc, and some (very) quiet roads. If the weather is awful i’ll adapt the route. There are also a few bumps… (no real hills).
Meet at the Long Stay parking at the rear of Budgens in Stony Stratford. Silver Street, MK11 1BY at 10:00am.
