Beginners Running Course
Our next beginners running course begins on Tuesday 9th January and runs (geddit) for 10 weeks. Sessions are Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 18:15 at Willen Lake. They will be led by our team of Run Leaders and Coaches.
These sessions will take you from zero running to 30 minutes over the 10 week period, and anyone can do it.
We are a small, friendly running club. We would love to help you achieve a goal early in 2018.
